I think we can all probably agree that Samsung’s trade-in values ​​are kind of rubbish compared to last year’s Galaxy S23 launch. Apple will announce multiple new mixed reality headsets in 2025, according to a new report.

Apple is expected to announce its first mixed reality headset, called the Reality Pro, later in 2023. But that headset is expected to be very expensive indeed, possibly costing over $3,000. Now, a new report claims that Apple is planning a different approach for 2025.

Writing on Medium, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said he believes Apple has not one, but two new headsets for release in 2025. One of them will be an updated version of the headset announced in 2023, the other will be a cheaper alternative.

Apple’s second-generation AR/MR headset comes in two high-end and low-end models. The high-end and low-end will be developed and manufactured by Luxcaseict and Foxconn respectively. The current launch schedule for both models is likely in 2025.

While Kuo didn’t say how much the cheaper headset will cost, previous reports have pointed to a price of around $1,500, though that could change between now and the point the headset actually ships.

In 2022, we saw Google launch the Pixel Watch with its curved glass design. I tend to compare it to a waterfall, but it doesn’t really matter what we call it. Phil Spencer, head of Xbox, announced via Twitter today that Xbox has signed a 10-year deal with NVIDIA that will bring Xbox PC games as well as Activision Blizzard PC games (which include Call of Duty). GeForce Now.

Last year, Google announced that Google Assistant and Google Calendar Reminders had moved to a new home inside Google Tasks via migration. Well, that hasn’t changed, with Google providing a timeline of what users can expect.

This migration happens in three different ways, based on what type of Google Account you have: Workspace customer, Google account through work or school, and personal Google account. Below we’re highlighting the personal account situation, as it’s probably the most relevant to our readers.

If you use Google with a personal account:

• You’ll see a prompt in the Assistant and Calendar to move reminders created in these apps to tasks starting on March 6, 2023.
• If you haven’t already migrated, Assistant and Calendar Reminders will begin migrating automatically in Q2. We’ll share more information on this timeline in future updates to the Workspace Updates blog.

As Google explains, once the migration is complete, users will be able to view and manage all to-dos in one place: work. A blog on the topic elaborates, “You’ll be able to add task features like organizing to-dos with multiple lists and adding details for additional organization. Tesla has dropped the price of its CCS charging adapter to just $175, a significant reduction from the previous price of $250.

Price drop, reported by ElectricNot actually announced by Tesla but it has definitely been introduced. Prices in Canada were also cut, dropping from $340 to $240 in the process.
