It allows users to send and receive faxes electronically via a web interface, email or integrated application – from any location, to any device. Take a look at the “big picture”
FaxMaker’s web interface enables administrators to remotely monitor all fax activity across the company. Since it is web-based, it can be accessed from any device: laptop, mobile or tablet. This gives the administrators the ultimate flexibility.
Monitoring activities include:
- How many faxes have been sent or queued
- How many faxes failed to send
- Which devices were used when faxing
The power of the web interface does not stop there, as administrators can also perform many administrative tasks, such as:
- Notifications are being set up and any problems will be reported
- Log in to the web interface remotely to monitor activity
- Actively resolve issues wherever they are before their customers call them to report the issue
All this information is available to monitor the number of SMS messages in the queue, the last SMS number sent and the number of SMS messages sent locally and internationally.
Ability to update software automatically
GFI FaxMaker can update automatically when new GFI FaxMaker versions or patches are released. Installations can be installed as soon as they become available or based on a predefined schedule by the administrator.
Windows based event log
To help you better understand events related to GFI FaxMaker, it can easily remove event logs in Windows Event Viewer, giving the administrator easier access.
