Tesla dominates US brand loyalty in new study

According to a new survey conducted by S&P Global, Tesla is the company to which people are most loyal across the United States.

Tesla already has more than 60% of the new electric car market in the US, and now new figures show the company is well placed to ensure it keeps its place at the top of the heap as more people switch to electric cars. Vehicle

On top of its “overall compliance” accolades, Tesla has won repeatedly for “highest win percentage” and “alternative powertrain compliance.” The combination of an active return-to-market consumer base and a majority share of BEV sales were contributors to Tesla’s loyalty performance this year. However, brand resonance with ethnic consumers was a key driver of recognition for improving loyalty and retaining diversity.

The only two categories where Tesla didn’t come out on top were the two that didn’t apply to it. The first was “overall loyalty to the manufacturer”, but since Tesla is only one brand, it is not going to compete with multiple owner GM.

The second category was “Overall Loyalty to the Dealer”, and it was never running because Tesla didn’t use the dealer.

Electric Noting that S&P Global’s report also noted that Tesla’s brand loyalty comes at a time when overall loyalty in the car market is declining.
