WhatsApp now allows users of the instant messaging service to use it on multiple phones at the same time. This is the first time that multiple phones have been able to sign in to the same account.
While WhatsApp previously allowed people to sign in on tablets and computers using their primary phone, the ability to use two phones is new.

WhatsApp says the new feature is rolling out to accounts now and will be available to everyone in the next few weeks.
WhatsApp also says it is working on a new way for people to sign in to their accounts through WhatsApp on the web. Now they will be able to enter their phone number and get a one-time code to log in instead of scanning a QR code.
